2. At the bottom of the screen, select the “Translation” tab on the left.
3. Now, choose the two languages you wish to translate between. The language you’re translating from is indicated by a blue dot.
4. Enter the text either through voice input or your device’s keypad.

Upon completion of the translation, tap the Play button to hear the translation spoken aloud. For customized listening, you can long-press the Play button to select a slower playback speed.

Moreover, you can save frequently used translations as favorites by simply clicking on the star icon. This feature enhances accessibility and proves invaluable during extended travel adventures.

But that’s not all! You can expand the translation for the convenience of the person you’re communicating with by showing it to them. Additionally, you can access word definitions by clicking on the book icon and selecting a word to define.

For more interactive communication, the Face to Face mode streamlines conversations between two individuals through real-time translations. Furthermore, the Camera tab within the app allows you to translate text in your immediate environment, akin to Google Lens. This functionality is available for iPhones running iOS 16 or later.
