Download the application form from the Lakshadweep Administration website (http://www.lakshadweeptourism.com/contact.html) or obtain it from the District Collector’s office in Kavaratti. Complete the forms, attach the required documents, and submit them to the Collector’s office. This method might take longer, so plan accordingly.
