Nevertheless, the state government has declared its plans to introduce the UP Free Smartphone/Laptop Scheme, which will provide smartphones and tablets to students. Eligibility for UP Free Laptop Yojana

To apply for the UP Free Laptop Scheme, applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:

• Residency: Applicants must be permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh.
• Academic Achievement: Applicants should have achieved high marks in their 10th or 12th-grade exams.
• Inclusion of Polytechnic and ITI Students: Students pursuing Polytechnic and ITI courses may also qualify.

Features of the Laptop (Subject to Official Launch)
