Nandini Gupta of Rajasthan was crowned Femina Miss India World 2023 . Her intelligence and beauty have taken the country by storm. The 19-year-old hails from Kota, Rajasthan.
Along with Nandini, the country received its new beauty queens of the year, including Shreya Poonja of Delhi as first runner-up and Thounaojam Strela Luwang of Manipur as second runner-up. Nandini was awarded the coveted title on April 15 during the grand finale ceremony. The 59th edition of India’s most prestigious beauty pageant was held at Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium in Imphal, Manipur.
The highly anticipated performances by Bollywood actors Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday in the show delighted the audience. Manish Paul and Bhumi Pednaker led the evening’s proceedings, keeping the audience entertained with their wits and improvisations.
Multiple rounds of enthralling fashion sequences featured the beautiful 30-state winners in a stunning collection by Namrata Joshipura for Trends, Rocky Star, and Robert Naorem showcasing traditional costumes.
Femina Miss India Universe 2002 and Mentor Neha Dhupia, boxing icon Laishram Sarita Devi, ace choreographer Terence Lewis, film director and writer Harshavardhan Kulkarni, and distinguished designers Rocky Star and Namrata Joshipura judged the state winners.
